triumph crashes setting down a wheelie

this is why you don't pass someone doing something stupid. especially not passing and then slowing down. guy on the repsol is an idiot. almost as much as the guy doing the wheelie.

damn, dude was still moving pretty good after that tankslapper.
I've done that before, land a wheelie into a tankslapper, it's why I don't try to do clutchups anymore.
Tragic, I like street triples so I hate to see one get abused like that.

oh for the laughs, if you go into the guy's channel he has a video on "how to do a wheelie"

I tried my hand at it, you can get it up easily in 1st but I prefer 2nd since it's easier to control how high you go. The only trick that I used to get it up was using 1 finger to pull the clutch lever and then popping it a second later with the throttle wide open. I scared myself with a tankslapper landing and stopped doing it. I could get my 250 up too the same way, that was actually easier since I was less worried about dropping it/looping it.

I tend to pop the front wheel a bit off the ground when I shift into 2nd (clutchless) if I'm trying to get off the line as quickly as possible. Hovers a bit off the ground for a bit too afterwards.

I got the nickname roadrash at my workplace last saturday with my lowside, I can confirm that it's painful.

To prevent an atgat speech, I got the rash because my jacket is a size or two large so the elbow rubbed on the interior and the jacket was pierced at a few small points at the forearm.
