Props to Revzilla

So I've dealt with revzilla.com a few times in the past and I've always been very pleased, I've exchanged gear for different sizes and other than that never had a problem.

Recently I had something come in that was malfunctioning and had to return it for a replacement. Let me just say that Revzilla has amazing staff, they are quick to resolve problems, ship very fast (most of the time same day) and I can't recommend them enough!

I received the malfunctioning item, returned it at THEIR expense, it arrived there under 36 hours after I sent it (UPS is brilliant), and by the end of the day (today) they have already shipped out the replacement and 2 awesome t-shirts...for FREE!

the following is my conversation with one of Revzilla's staff members, Jessica:

I have a trip coming up shortly and would really prefer to ride with the added visibility that the light provides.

Revzilla:
First, go UPS! That was some mighty fine shipping.

Standard processing is 24-48 hours, but I'm in good with our warranty department, so they promised to try and get it out today. You'll receive notification once the replacement light has been shipped.

Let me know if I can assist you with anything else!

Ride Safe,

Jessica

Live2ride:

Haha, it was really fast shipping! That's great news! In the email I received ,notifying me of the return authorization, it stated that warranty returns could take around 4-8 weeks :O. I knew that couldn't be right. Thanks so much for the quick response! You all at revzilla are the best! I always highly recommend you. :-)

Revzilla:

Hi Cody,
That's how we roll, man. Also, because I like hearing nice things (telling me you love RevZilla is like telling most girls they're pretty) I would like to send you one of our El Moto Diablo Staff TShirts! What size would you like? And do you prefer Grey or Blue (NOT PURPLE!)?
Ride Safe,
Jessica

Live2ride:

Wow, thanks a lot! The t-shirt looks great; can I please get the grey in an XL? It's always a pleasure dealing with revzilla, your customer service is second to none! You can be sure I'll post about this on all the motor forums I'm on...and it wont be the first time. You're the best!

-Cody

P.s. The pretty girl comment was great lol

Revzilla:

Hi Cody,
I'm going to do you one better and send you one of each because you have made MY day that much better. When you tell the internet how awesome we are, can you send me the link? We have a ritual we do when the internet gods smile up on us, and it has to do with a gong. I WANT TO HIT THE GONG TODAY. You can be my path to gonging glory.
Shirts are on their way!
Keep calm and ride on,
Jessica

Live2ride:
Wow, I'd tell you to quit your day job and become a comedian but you are too good at it to quit. I'd gladly send you the link, but might I request, in return, that a video of this awesome gonging ritual be sent to me? It would be my honor to aid you in your epic quest to gonging glory!

-Cody

Revzilla:

Hi Cody,
DONE.
And I could never quit here for anything ever in the world. HAVE YOU SEEN OUR RECRUITMENT VIDEO?!?! I mean, come ON.
See you on the internets!
Jessica

Live2ride:

That was the most action packed, fun filled recruitment video I've ever seen. You cant put a price on a job you love to do and you obviously love yours! I'll link the forum posts after work.
Revzilla has the best costumer service I've ever experienced anywhere from any business and finally a company with a sense of humor . They have always been super helpful and they deserve credit where credit is due. I will never shop anywhere else for motorcycle stuff again as long as they keep this up. PROPS TO REVZILLA! YOU GUYS ROCK!

@Alex, I posted this in general rather than trader feedback because it's a company, not a fellow forum member, and it will get more traffic this way.

Revzilla is really good, from my experiences.

UPS sucks though around my area.

Thumbs up

Revzilla never let's me down, keeps the prices competitive, and they send me free stickers!!! I LOVE STICKERS.
Link her that and see if she gets an extra gong, boooooooong

When I saw the crooks shattered my rear window my first thought was F word they broke my damn stickers, then idiots messed up my tint, and finally freak they may have stole something :/

Agreed, they rock.

Here was my most recent exchange with them:

Hi Sarah,

We saw your review come through and wanted to get in touch with you to facilitate a return or an exchange. Were you looking to just get your money back, or were you looking to get a different size? By the sound of it, it doesn't seem like the Savannah Pants are working out too well for you.

Let me know how you would like to proceed!

-John

Hi John,

Thanks for emailing! I would like to get my money back. It's been a running-around kind of week, and haven't had a chance to do anything about it, yet.

Cheers,
Sarah

Hi Sarah,

No worries! We totally understand. I'll go ahead and authorize a return for you - I'll also give you a free shipping label to get the pants back to use at no cost to you.

We hate to see anyone dissatisfied with their purchases, so if you want to discuss other options - let me know!

I haven't worn women's pants in a while (which is good, considering the fact that I'm a man), but I can definitely get some recommendations from the lady Gear Geeks around the office.

to John
John,

Sounds awesome! I actually purchased the Dainese New Drake pants, too, and I love those, so I'm good. But don't dis the ladies pants, I hear they're softer on the skin...

Cheers,
Sar

Hi Sarah,

Good deal!

I think I'd get too many funny looks at work if I rode into with those pants . . . but anyway - let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!

I stopped in their store today for the first time. The staff there was super friendly and helpful.

They also have a pair of bautista's Suzuki leathers and some of Stoner's from his ducati days on the wall.

I got my riding boots from riders discount through a forum discount price and they handled everything well. fast communication and fast shipping. I was very pleased but I've only dealt with them the one time. I hope to deal with them again one day.

Ha is that why you joined kawiforum too?

Why only once? I won't go anywhere else with the prices they are quoting me.
