Do these fit true to size? Do they come with armor, or have pockets for armor?

They run true to size compared to most other jeans. I'm not sure about length. I normally wear 32L but ordered 34L to have more length for riding. They are a bit too long when not on the bike but pretty good while on.

No armor, but there is a place for it in the knees.
