The Jisu is loud, but not extremely loud, as it has a deeper tone. I have no problem riding without ear plugs.
I'll probably get a JISU for my wife. I just had her ride it so i could hear it, It's not that bad. It sounds really nice!

It's just loud while you're on it!

Make sure you use some RTV sealant on the coupling. It seals all the leaks and ensures all the air passes through the muffler. Otherwise you get residual exhaust noise from where the can connects to coupling and where the coupling gets clamped to the exhaust pipe. Makes a huge difference when I installed RTV then without.

GP CF vs. Jisu (DanMoto) Coming soon!

So far I have no leaks on my installation.

I must say the bike has gotten much lighter since the exhaust has been swapped. So easy to move the bike around.

I just ordered a JISU for my wife's bike.

Once I get it installed I will post a video comparing the sounds of the two models.

I have a Jisu and even with baffle it is loud but it did make the bike sound much big.

I think it is worth every penny.

Now I don't know if I am losing my hearing but my Jisu doesn't sound as loud as before.

I have been riding about 10 miles every day for past 2 months.

I wouldn't install it without the baffle.

Looking Good!

I am so glad I ran across these. I was about to order a Yoshimura for $300.
Now I upgraded two bikes for the cost of one exhaust.

DanMoto...Thanks...LOL

So I temporarily use a reg hose clamp and off we go riding to Home Depot.

I must say, this thing is so loud! Even with the baffle. But it does sound much more aggressive. Not sure if I can ride 30 miles like this!

I feel like I am disturbing the peace! LOL
lol i feel like that too when i pull out in the morning to go to work so I find myself shifting much quicker so that i dont disturb my neighbors.. it gets pretty loud once you hit around 5k and above. Sucks the bolt broke on ya =/ I usually wear headphones when riding so it doesn't bug me. But everyone I ride with trips over how loud it is lol.. its awesome!

Have you ridden/tried it without the baffle?
I don't have the baffle, and it's not THAT loud, I've also heard the baffle doesn't make a huge difference.

SO clean!

I'm jelly of you and Sean. One more day, school will be over and I'll start the part buying frenzy for my bike: DanMoto Jisu, LED Tail, seat cowl, and I already have the CBR hugger and XB pegs ordered!

I've been wanting to get a slip-on for a while. I almost bout a LeoVinci full exhaust actually (great deal), but I wasn't willing to shell out $300 and still ain't.

I think I'll grab one of the DanMotos, but I'm just concerned about the dB of it. With the baffle, could I still take my 250r to the track?

Search under my name, I started a thread months ago about baffling the Danmoto exhaust.

I think Danmoto is loud. But that is me. You don't have to agree with me.
