I have the Yoshimura exhaust hanger for the J-bike but it doesn't have that hold for mounting the reservoir. They should both for both bikes!

Spark plugs and a bit of a wipe down. I park on dirt that's been getting looser every time I even think about using the throttle on it, so I'm growing to accept that dirty look/vibe.

Love them! After 1100 miles yesterday, they show almost no sign of being ridden at all (solid interstate yesterday and the DRIIs previously had begun to square off under similar conditions). Also I rode through heavy rains and intense winds and they stayed glued to the road regardless.

I feel very confident on these. So glad of all the reviews showing them to be solid tires.

Got out the trusty Honda cleaner, cleaned all fairings and various parts and scubbed the seat clean. Put air in the tires. She was getting dusty from all the dead leaves.

Took it off the road until I get the chain tightened. More likely it will need replaced which means a couple of weeks stuck in the barn.

Tighten the chain and loosed up the tight spot that I think caused the extra slake. I do have a new chain and sprockets on the way, but I do not think I need to swap it out just jet. I am over 20,000 miles so soon

Should I change the sprockets when I change the chain even if they look OK?

I always heard you change them together so they wear down the same or don't prematurely wear the new chain...

Almost died on it. Hit one of those things while changing lanes on the freeway in such a way that it sent me into the gnarliest wobble. The whole time I just kept thinking, man, I wish I had the power to drive out of this but I was already doing 80ish so I had almost zero left over torque. Sort of just rode it out, slammed my weight on the pegs a bit, tried to loosen up, but it definitely caught me off guard. Bit of a wake up call to brush up on my emergency techniques.

This year has been bad for wobbles like that. I have seen some of the worst slappers this year than any other year. Dunno why, it just is what it is. Glad yours was uneventful as many others.

Installed the admore lighting LED kit in my Givi topcase. Works as running lights, brake lights, and turn signals. The brake light will also flash 3 times. Super easy install.

Video to come whenever youtube wants to stop being a piece of ****.

ETA: Youtube refuses to process my video

ETA2: Finally worked. I posted it in my thread

Routine pre-ride safety check found burnt out left rear turn signal bulb. MSF BRC really drilled the need to do that, glad I did.

Had my helmet and gloves stolen off my bike while I was at work. I guess My seat latch didin't lock down all the way and the thief made off with my gear. It was a cold, sniffly, and not so loud ride home. Lucky for me I had one ear plug. The luck. Going to lube up the chain since it's all dry and gritty from all the rainy excursions.

I'm trying not to think about the fact that mine is sitting outside with less than a half tank of gas and no Seafoam in the tank. I really should have filled up when I finished riding on Monday and made space for it in the garage.

You rode in that? At least it wasn't sticking to the roads. Not by me anyway.

Not that it was a blizzard or anything but hell no, not for me.

"Seat" or solo sport cowl? The solo sport cowl doesn't actually secure at all and it's super easy to take it off without a key (sometimes you pull out a rubber damper or two).

Yeah pillion seat.

Good news. Found the thief today. He posted on craigslist and on Facebook trying to sell my stolen gear. Cops have been notified and the guy will be in for a rude awakening when he loses his job and I make his life a living hell. I love my moto friends!

Awesome! Got a link? Is he a coworker? I'm curious. I'm sure that none of us are stupid enough to contact him and interfere with a police investigation. I wonder why he didn't take the seat too.
