it looks like the first guy to walk in the store might have stole a bottle.
at 0:05 you see the small kid with the black sweatshirt and hood on. He walks in and walks out without seeing the register. Doesn't necessarily mean he stole anything, but you can't determine a whole lot with this single crappy video PoV. |

The only one I can see steal is at 0:58.
I use to work in Loss Prevention so I have quite a bit of experience with petty theft. I can tell you that from my experience, anywhere from 2%-10% of people who walk into a retail store will steal which likely applied to this situation. But to call this "Mass Theft" simply because a bunch of black people walked into a 7-11 is ridiculous. I was expecting a bunch of people to walk in and run out with armfuls of merchandise.
