----------------- The final session of the day got underway under pretty dark cloud cover, but it did not impact on proceedings for the intermediate class. Despite it being only his second outing around Silverstone on a Moto2 machine, rookie Raul Fernandez claimed Friday’s fastest time in the final couple of minutes of the session. After a solid showing in the morning session, Jorge Navarro replicated that in FP2, climbing to the top of the timesheets until Fernandez demoted him by one hundredth of a second, the two Spaniards three tenths ahead of the Marc VDS duo led by Sam Lowes.
