Help Pricing a 03 Ninja 250R

As the title says, I need help pricing this bike. I have a friend looking at buying it soon otherwise I would fish for offers on FB Marketplace. This would be their first bike to learn on before they get their new bike delivered in July.

So, the specifics of the bike:
The cons: there is a petcock leak issue ("solved" by changing to reserve) that I could likely easily fix before giving it to them; as my starter bike, it has been dropped a couple times and slid once, with the average wear and tear to accommodate (but I have replaced the brake and clutch bars as the ball ends were broken off)

The pros: battery is brand new; carbs just rebuilt (by the amazing Ducatiman) and the bike runs amazing; 4.6k miles; clean paperwork; I can teach the person how to ride before they take official lessons; our area is middle Tennessee so this time of year it is very temperate and a very nice ride.

I think that is also that is important off the top of my head. If there is anything important I missed let me know and I can hopefully get the info. Thanks in advance for any help .

It's a 19-year old bike with issues that sold new for $3000. I think a reasonable starting point is $1000.
