Pannier Mounting Ideas for PreGen

Hello, all:

I've only seen 1 thread on here concerning pannier mounting on the PreGen Ninjette. I have the SW-MOTECH Alu-Rack, as well as a JCWhitney top case.

Using this existing set up, are there any documented forms of hard, side mounted luggage systems that are NOT bungeed, strapped, or otherwise "semi" permanently mounted?

I've seen a few hard mounted systems for the PreGen, notably those on the Ninja250 FAQ page, but that's about it..

Looking for ideas here, folks, so let's hear them!

I've seen some DIY for the Ninja 500, very few look good. Personally I have all soft luggage for bike. The picture below shows the 250 with just the tail bag, and tank bag. I didn't need the saddle bags for that trip. Brand is all Rapid Transit

I have the exact top case for my Ninja 500
as seen below is the hard case, and my modification.

I did a DIY project on the rear lens, buy added 3 flexible LED strips.

Removed the lens then just lay them in, reinstall, wire it up to brake light.

brand is all Chase Harper
