Where would I get something like this?

Seen this on a bike. Radiator cover? That the technical term for it? Please forgive my ignorance. I want one.

No idea, but that one obviously wasn't made for the ninja 250. You can tell because the mounting holes don't even come close to lining up, hence the zip ties used to mount it. It doesn't cover the entire radiator either.

It does look like it was made for a Kawasaki though as it looks like says Kawasaki across the guard and it appears to have a Monster logo on it.

Radiator cover/guard/protector/shield ?

Rather than zip-ties, I suggest getting some angle-brackets from Home Depot and bending it to adapt the cover to fit your particular bike.

I've seen official Yamaha oem radiator guards that are intended to be attached with zip ties

I'm fond of the stock black screen on mine. It doesn't draw attention to a part I'd rather not draw attention to.

I painted the radiator guard and small, seen in the lower silver to match the color of the bike.
