[American Motorcyclist Association] - Ceres Police get electric motorcycles
California City To Use Zero DS Police Bikes
The Ceres, Calif., Police Department bought three electric Zero DS police motorcycles in April through a grant from the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. The acquisition of these highly innovative law enforcement vehicles represents the collaborative effort of Ceres Police Department, Zero Motorcycles and the Valley Air District to preserve the environment, increase policing efficiencies and provide enhanced public safety services to the community, Police Chief Art de Werk says in a news release.
