First Solo trip to Nainital... Ups and downs...

Made my first Solo trip to Nainital today, lots and lots of twisties... No fast turns though, the average speed was about 40-60km/hr as the roads are very narrow and turns are quiet sharp... Lots of on coming traffic too... Here's a link of my route on google maps... Not my first trip, but my first trip alone...

Overall a great ride, really getting a hang of counter steering now, though I'm not as smooth on the throttle as I would like... Something weird happened today though, that I'm a bit confused about being happy, or bummed about... While taking a particularly sharp down sloping left hander, my left foot scraped the ground... Not sure if it's a good thing... It did boost my confidence a bit though, as I figured I'd really have to be leaning in for it to happen... My temporary boost of confidence came plummeting very soon though, when I almost had a head on with an a$$hole overtaking a truck, at a blind turn completely in my lane... he didn't even have the decency to say sorry... what a prick... Ahh well, that was my day...

While not operating the gear, keep your foot high.

Support it on the ball of the foot.

Good trip!...three more hours and you would have reached China!
