The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is one of the coolest races ever. It’s a race up Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs and the track measures 12.42 miles over 156 turns, climbing 4,720 ft from the start at Mile 7 on Pikes Peak Highway, to the finish at 14,110 ft, on grades averaging 7.2%. It’s no wonder why they call it ‘The Race to the Clouds.’ See below on how you can watch.

The PPIHC and Matchsportswill deliver a high-quality, live broadcast covering the entire race course from start to finish.*The second year of a 10-year partnership will see the PPIHC live-streamed for a subscription fee of $4.99 (USD) using revolutionary production techniques specifically adapted by Matchsports to overcome Pikes Peak’s many challenges.


The Matchsports’ live presentation of the race will be hosted by*Ramona Bruland and Mitch Snow, with insight from competitor Carlin Dunne and Hall of Famer David Donner.*Our team will be joined by a revolving ‘hot seat’ of knowledgeable guests who will help walk viewers through Race Day events.


Ramona Bruland is a broadcast veteran, with more than 1,000 hours of live TV experience, who specializes in action sports, travel adventure and luxury lifestyle programming.*Hailing from Adelaide, South Australia, she previously worked as the on-air host for the global expansion of X Games on ESPN, covering six events in five countries that aired in more than 430 million homes across 182 countries.


Mitch Snow is a Colorado Springs native and third generation PPIHC supporter who served as the PPIHC’s Director of Promotion & Legacy for the past five years before joining the team at Polyphony Digital, Inc. – developers of the Gran Turismo video game franchise – as Manager of New Business in March, 2018.*The Race to the Clouds is Snow’s passion and he has attended every edition of the PPIHC since 1995.


Joining us at the Finish Line after he completes his run is Carlin Dunne.*Dunne has claimed three titles of 2-Wheeled King of the Mountain in three attempts, and became the first motorcycle competitor to break the 10-minute barrier in 2012 while setting a new 2-Wheeled course record time of 9:52.819. To round out the broadcast team, David Donner is a third generation PPIHC competitor and supporter, as well as a member of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Hall of Fame.*Donner holds the record for the former Time Attack 2 Production class, and is a three-time 4-Wheeled King of the Mountain.
