faux carbon fiber ninja

bike crashed last month and suffered mostly cosmetic damages...I played around with vinyl and this is the almost finished product...

I learned that if you are working with vinyl..you need a lot of patience...

As someone else mentioned you should be able to heat the vinyl up in the spots that there are air bubbles and/or use a needle to pop the bubbles. Other than that... great job

I've wanted to see this done on the ninjette. What wrap did you use and how many hours?

Also, is that vinyl wrapped over the Kawasaki decal on the windscreen?

i bought the carbon fiber 3d from amazon..have to het back to you on the seller..I bought 2 that were big enough to cover the whole side fairings and 3 smaller ones for the gas tank, headlight, and tail..

as for the windscreen, I just used plasti dip, which you can get from home depot for around 5 bux..

I would follow that up with some clear coat. That fool alot of people as long as you take you time and pile on the layers. My buddy did his windscreen like that and it looks real.
