Im assuming the head pipe size and frames are different. Therefore making it less than thrilling to make work. Would it be possible, sure, but the big question is why you are wanting to do such a thing?

You can still find muzzy's for pregen 250's on ebay.

I have a muzzy on my pre gen that is for a 250. After trimming the lower fairing to fit (which wasn't a big deal to me) came countless nights and weekends of tuning to get it back to the same performance level as it was with the stock exhaust. Now it is back to same level of performance as stock with an annoying loud exhaust that needs repacked at least once a year to keep your ears from bleeding.

This is my 3rd bike ,1st was a bandit 600 with full yoshimira, 2nd was a Ninja 500 full muzzy , now have a bone stock ninja 250 , bought my jet kit and filter already and the full muzzy on ebay for 200 just got me thinking it would complete my performance mods list, and I like loud and challenges

That is really interesting crimsondragon
"for the Gen1 EX500 and the pre-2008 Ninja 250R both use the single part number 18049."
Who would have even considered that possibility
