Kawasaki already has a killer little bike...

Kawasaki produces a nice 450 single engine for dirt bikes that produces almost 55hp. In road race trim the bike weigh about 250 pounds. It shouldn't be too difficult to build a 300lb 50hp street bike that I would buy:

The engines they use in those are not fit for street use at all.
Unless you don't mind constantly doing oil changes and valve adjustments that is.

They could make something like that, but with everything required to get that power and weight it would be in a price range where no one would buy it.
