Ninja 300 go kart: what's needed to run

Hi,

What is the bare minimum to get a 2017 EX300 engine to run in a go kart?
Someone was converting their bike to electric, so now I have most of the ICE components besides the gauge cluster.

Like what sensors etc are needed. Since they were not going to reuse the harness, a lot of the cables were simply cut during removal, and I'm trying to figure out the puzzle.

If someone knows where I could find good wiring diagrams, that would also be helpful.

Thank you,
