Help on adjusting idle screws

I ve been trying to modify my jetting this weekend using sportisi jet kit. I got k&n pod filter installed and custom free flow exhaust. I am using sportisi jet kit, with main at 100 and needle clip on 3rd position. I synched the carb on first day, and except a louder exhaust noise on low RPM with a bit stutter it was fine. For the stutter I try to fix with adjusting the idle screws, and somehow my bike end up enriches itself at low RPM after few minutes. It also can start without choke even if I turn the mixture screws all the way in. How can this happen? may be vacuum hose problem or sync problem?

Now the screws are in 1.5 turn. If you talk about adjusting the screws does 1 turn mean 360 degrees? Sorry of my bad english.

Couple more questions:
Is it correct that to set needle clip you put one on the very top gap, and another in the desired position?

What are most common mistakes in carb tunning done by beginner?

Ok so I found that the clamps that holds the carbs to the engine are not tighten enough.. The bike runs better but the bogging is still there. I give up, I bring it to my regular bike shop this morning.

Wondering why no one havent answer my questions. I think a thread regarding beginner mistakes in ninjette tuning is useful, helping providing a checklist before asking questions.

Ok so these are what I learned today:

1. Always clean up the carbs as you disassemble the carb. Just spray carb cleaner on every orifice of the carb and blow them whether by air can, compressor, or mouth.

2. Check your spark plugs as well. Rich mixture my cloughing the plugs with carbon deposit and end up disfocus the spark.

3. Sportisi jet kit is completely different with factory pro. But as long as the set up is right the result is the same.
