Oil light question

I check my oil level before every ride, so its always full. I have noticed when I am messing around and brake very hard the oil light is come on like all the oil is moving forward away from the oil pick up. Is this normal or am I looking for an issue.

By “oil full”, does it go to top of sight-glass with just tiny bubble at top?
What type/weigh oil used?
How much do you weigh?
Are you fully compressing forks under braking?

Use zip-tie on fork-tube to measure.

If you are fully compressing forks, perhaps slightly stiffer springs may help keep bike more level.

Oil level with the marks on the clutch cover. With all my gear and tank and tail bags full 250 pounds of total added weight. I use Rotella T6 15w40 (keep oil comments to yourselves). I have Sonic Racing Springs .95KG front fork springs with stock length spacers. Not fully compressing the forks.

Another idea is bad-wiring. With bike idling, grab wire going to oil-pressure sensor and wiggle it in all directions. Does oil-light go on?

Our 2004 did this from new, right up until we sold it. Oil level was always to spec, but hard braking would occasionally flip the light on for a moment. Didn't seem to be a problem; YMMV.
