Complete Ninja 250 Cafe Racer Build for under $3000

Hello forum, this was my 1st ever cafe build (really my 1st build of anything). I'm not super build savvy or handy so I went with the Blue Collar Bobbers cafe kit. Took nearly no time at all, about 2 months for me working only on weekends. Here was the cost breakdown:
-2006 Ninja 250 locally on Craigslist - $1000 (talked him down from $1200)
-Blue Collar Bobbers Cafe Kit - $1400
-Clipons and Emgo Exhaust - $250

I think a lot of people will say it's cheaper to source all your own parts, but this was my first build so I appreciated the fact that everything I needed came in one convenient package and that it came with instructions.

Overall it was a great experience and the BCB kit was of very high quality. I made a video of the whole build as well. Let me know what you think. Thanks

I took those pictures about a month apart. The first one is the stock muffler, the second was taken after I put on this emgo muffler:
