fork spring change

hi - I took the springs and the rods out, drilled extra holes on the rods for the gold valve emulator, but when i dropped the rods in and thread in the allen bolt, the fork is now stuck in the collapsed position and will not extend at all!

what's going on?

guys thanks for your help

no clue what was going on.... I switched the dampening rods between the 2 forks and it is ok now... the forks don't look bent or anything.... so no clue lol.

yeah thx... still no clue... initially both forks were stuck in collapsed, then 1 got loose, then i swapped and both are loose.... already installed on the bike so they will not go back to the collapsed position again, should be ok from here.
