Ninja 300 Turn Signals

Has anybody tried to put the front turn signals from the Ninja 300 onto the 250? Is it possible?

Front turn signals or rear? Can't recall the front but aren't those mounted in fairing, like on the front radius area? If rear, the. I wouldn't see why it couldn't be done. Appears to be same wiring, maybe different harness, but could remove and go wire to wire. Mounting may be a challenge if it doesn't line with current mount on 250.

2012. I don't know how they're attached to the 300, is it a bolt? Would that fit through the 250's mounting hole?

If I go with a third party it'll be CustomLED. I haven't seen a proton one in person (or a CustomLED) one, but the pictures and videos I've seen are quite unimpressive. The CustomLED ones appear to be much more visible.

No, I've not tried. I did it. They are Ninja 650 rears, looks just like 2015 versys fronts and 300 rears. Took a little modification, but not much.

That looks like an improvement over stock, but I'm interested in the front signals from the 300, which are flush mount.

Front signals wont work without extensive modifications to the fairing.

Side note - I don't suppose you tried mounting those to the rear?

I've been on the lookout for some rear turn signals that look like that (or the rear 300 signals), but despite my investigating photos of them on eBay, can't tell how they mount.

They mount a bit differently than the stock ones. The rubber fits through the hole, and a plate sandwiches it and locks it in. I have no idea what the stock rear end looks like, I've never had it, but I doubt it will work.

You have to cut custom holes into 250 fairings to fit 300 Front signals
or
Purchase 300 fairing and customize the mounting holes to fit on the 250 (I think this might be more impossible)

Otherwise flush mount LEDs like the protons or custom-leds would be best alternative.

Do those attach directly to the existing mount, or do you have to do something extra?

Steps you have to take is pull the stocks lights out and then install the oxford along with their resistors they include with purchase, unless you would rather just replace the relay(I used the resistors and it flashes a little bit quicker but I like the way the flash is).Oxford does also have a kit to allow you to convert to the correct connectors for the bike brand, or you can remove and add the factory ones using some butt connectors, your choice. I ordered off revzilla, also left a nice review of them with pics (neptune, same price as oxford only no shipment cost.

I can get some vid/pic of the bike and how they look on it if you want. I think the installation is easy.

edit: they install the same as factory, it's a bolt-nut combo.

Bolt and nut is all I needed to know, thanks.

I think I'll go with custom LED for the front, maybe those Oxford ones in the back, they look pretty cool.

If you want something that looks like the front signals of the white 250R in that pic above, try looking for Rumble Concept Sierra LED signals.
