I can't remember what the size is for the rear axle, but the size for the nut on the front sprocket is 20mm, so make sure you get one of those.

Not absolutely certain but I think the axle nut is 24mm, I know the castle nut is 16mm. I say this because the owners tool set has a 24mm box-end wrench in the kit that seems about the right size and I can't recall anything else it'd fit. I'll check it when I get home.

A 16T will not fit with the existing guard. You probably will not want to go higher than 15T. The rear axle nut is 24mm. The nut on the sprocket is 27mm. The 27 may be hard to find. I found one at NAPA after searching Auto Zone etc.
