i dont work out at all, however i follow a few simple steps to keep myself in shape
1 - if your destination is less than a mile, walk. 2 - if it isn't and you must drive, then always park in the back of the parking lot and walk. dont try to be lazy and get a spot up front. 3 - chew food properly 4 - dont over eat, when you feel full, throw the rest away or freeze it for another day 5 - avoid sugar snacks (sugar is the enemy) 6 - don't eat before bed 7 - no alcohol sunday through wednesday unless its a special occasion 8 - cook at home twice a week at night (cook a steak, or make pasta) yea im not muscular because i don't lift, im slim. but i get to enjoy my beer and cool ranch doritos on weekends, i don't worry about weight gain, and my bike goes faster
