SOW Fasttrack Riders 11 Mar

Anyone else gonna be at Streets for this event? The e-mail I received from David said turn out was low and they were probably gonna be running 30 minute sessions!! Weather looks like it's gonna be great. Hope a few can make it out.

Was a great time! Had a blast chasing down the bigger bikes and left as I had arrived just with a tad less rubber on my tires. I am heading to ChuckWalla this Friday with some friends who want to put the beat down on me so I should have a better idea how well I can push the bike then.
Initial impression's are pretty much in line with what I've read on various forums. Brakes are crap and at speed can be down right scary, and ground clearance is a big issue for me. I was really being held back by the lack of lean angle achievable with the stock rear-sets. I never touched a single puck throughout the day but I did remove quite a bit of material from my toe sliders.
All in all it was a great shake down day before heading out with friends and getting myself in trouble trying to push to hard to play with them. Also, I now have a better idea of the parts I will be adding to the bike. The brakes I can live with but the lack of corner speed because of clearance is something I need to get after fixing.
