Garbage truck juice
On my way to work this morning in my cage. There's a large garbage truck running along with traffic, stop n go, light to light. There's a fairly steady stream of mystery liquid trickling from the back of the truck.
We get stopped at a traffic light, I'm left lane, garbage truck middle lane, one slot ahead of me. Dude on motorcycle pulls up behind garbage truck. I put window down and yell to motorcycle rider.."Dude, there's nasty stuff leaking from that truck, stay away from it." Ok, this guy doesn't listen to me and we reach speeds of approx 45mph between lights. Like 5 lights later, he pulls up next to me and beeps. I put my window down and he says "#%#@! I shoulda listened to you!" There's spatter all over the front of the bike, has to be some on him too. Shoulda listened! Yep... there's a moral here somewheres

while working in SF, heading north on 101, the garbage trucks would pull onto the freeway by Candelstick Park at the transfer station (northbound slight incline), I was stupid enough to get caught in the "mist" a couple times... I found it to have a Tomato scent/flavor.... then you stink all day at work and have to wash it off your bike after a long day at work...no good
