Talking Factory Pro Jet Kit

hey everyone,

I just got my Factory Pro jet kit in the mail today and I wanted to get some feedback if possible.

ive got an 09' 250r w/ yoshi slip on exhaust, and I will be removing the airbox and putting in 2 k&n rc-1822 chrome pod filters w/ the breather

I will be changing the pilots to the 40's, I'm just not sure about the main jets, I guess from what I've read I will have to take a few stabs to find the sweet spot.

should I be adjusting the floats? I was just reading the instuctions it comes with....has anyone done this????

bike should run fine with 112 or 110 mains.

I didn't play with the float height... check them when you're in there a decide for yourself if you want to change them or not.

I installed a Factory Pro stage 3 kit on my 2009. I pulled the air box, installed k&n pod filter, & have a L.O.R. slip on pipe.
Here are how my carbs are set:
112 Main Jet
#40 Pilot
Needle Clip /3 from the top
Fuel Screws at 2-1/2 turns

Runs great.....
