I blew my knee

I missed a step going down the stairs and landed hard on my left foot and there I go tumbling down. Pretty sure I tore a ligament. The top inside of my calf is throbbing. I'm going to get it checked out tomorrow after work. HOPING it can heal on its own... My left knee has not been the same since my motorcycle accident. Hell, both knees and calf are still recovering and it's been over a month and a half ago. I Think my elbow and knee will never be 100% again. I have had knee injuries in the past from service so this may have been the breaking point. Getting old does suck. I'm taking some norco and waiting for the fuzzies to kick in.

Ugh that sucks. Hope its something minor and can heal on its own. I had ACL reconstruction last March, no fun. Heal quick!

I'm sorry.

But you were totally doing something epic before going down the stairs, right? Like engaging in a sward fight with an 11-fingured ninja. Yea, that must have been it, but you should see the other guy!

But on the plus side, you'd technically be a zombie.

You blew your knee?

I think you're doing the whole "oral stimulation" thing wrong.

My knee got taken out a couple years ago now. Tore the ACL, PCL, Post Lateral Corner, Miniscus, and fractured the shin bone. Spent 9 weeks on crutches with no pressure allowed and locked in a brace. My knee has never been the same. Knee surgery sucks. I can relate. Hope your recovery went (or is going) well.
