if you have a noise restriction i would go with a two brothers or vince hynes. they are a little more expensive but you can put the restrictor in it.

If you have a noise restriction, just stick with the stock exhaust. Don't waste your money.
There is no aftermarket exhaust that will meet your 80dB requirement, even with restrictors; the only exhaust that will allow you to pass it is the stock exhaust.

From the quick Google searching I did, it looks like the laws where you are located are kind of a mishmash and are subject to where you are riding your bike.
I would say just play it safe and stick to the stock exhaust. It's one less thing the cops can nail you on if they pull you over.

dont bother with a slipon. if you want a pipe get a full pipe, anything else is just a fart can.
the real question is why do you want it. is it for looks? then buy the shiniest carbon fiber thing with the most recognizable name you can find. the more expensive the better so you can brag about how much it costs. maybe slap a gsxr sticker over the ninja sticker while you are at it. if its about noise, maybe you should instead tape your horn button always on? it will annoy people just as much, and save you just as few times times as a loud exhaust would (zero times). if its about just doing something to your bike... modify the stock exhaust. if you want it for power. a slipon will do nothing. full pipe + jetkit.

If you think you're ninjette sounds like a lawn mower, then you don't know how to ride it
