swingarm, tie-rods, rocker arm maintenance

hi all, con't some PM work on my '09 w/ 12k miles. i've gotten the entire rear out. i was surprised at the amount of corrosion on the sleeve ends in the rocker arm- i believe the bushing/ oring ones were worse than the grease seal one. what's the opinion on cleaning up/ sanding or just replacing? all orings and seals should be replaced too right? or does it all boil down to what chris said...

I have had no less than 5 new gen (08-12) Race bikes with less than 5000 miles on them with the same issue, mind you these are track bikes, wire wheel and new o-rings and grease at least once per season.
