There are more of us than meets the eye...

No, this thread is not about transformers, that would be there are more to us then meets the eye lol. But, I did want to share my excitement. Today I was going through my college and one of the main reasons I want a motorcycle is because they can park much closer to school and have more available spaces. I always tend to walk by motorcycle parking because I like to park in the garage and they like to keep their bike seats cool, but I never bothered to see what kind of bikes they were until today. Guess what? They were all Ninja's! I know this may not seem like a thing to get excited about, but im pretty pumped. There was like 10 of them and not one didnt have the ninja sign and they were all different years. Just thought I'd share. lol

You should post-it ninjette.org on all their bikes...and then turn all their chokes on.

I'm kidding by the way...at least about the post-its. Save some trees

While getting some preliminary quotes for bikes several times over the past year, the Suzuki sportbikes quoted about $400 more a year, regardless of coverage limits, for northwest Georgia. I can't imagine why though. No harm meant Suzuki owners.

You do realize that the ninjette is like Kawasaki's best selling sportbike ever right?

-short riding season.
-boring ass roads that aren't dangerous to yourself
-motorcycles can't do much property damage if you wreck, also you're out in BFE, so it's much less expensive to wreck into a farmer's ditch than someone's house and/or car and/or some national park that requires excessive cleanup after the wreck.
-did you take the MSF course and get your full M endorsement? That always helps lower the cost in a new rider.
-are you skimping on coverage to lower cost?

Gold ring road isn't boring

No I did not, I still have a permit with no course.

My 16 year old daughter any myself on the bike policy. 2 Ninja 250's a 1989 and a 2001. Washington DC area so plenty of riding season and plenty of things to hit, not in the middle of nowhere. Liability only policy. $96 per year. That's $8 per month for 2 bikes and 2 riders, or $4 per month for each of us.

Now we do get just about every discount there is, multi vehicle, multi policy, homeowners, MSF courses, no claims for years.
