Pre-load adjustment settings
 Does anyone know what the weight settings for each notch on the shock are? The manual says notch 1 is for 150 pounds and then gives no other information... help?

i tried every notch but found the last one made my bike go up. not heavy enough to know if the suspension was softer or not.
