Engine torque specs

What are the correct torque specs for the head bolts and the bolts that hold down the cam(rockers?) For an ex250 2001? Once again I can find no info online for it.

What is the sequence? Start in the center and work your way out?

The order for the cam caps is:
Cylinder 2

Bolt closest to radiator, then 3rd bolt back (of 4)

Then 2nd bolt closest to radiator, then last bolt back

Then do the same for cylinder 1

Then do the bolt closest to the radiator at the right of cylinder 2
Then two back, then 2nd bolt closest to radiator, and then last bolt.

The cam chain cover is not part of the sequence.
