Posts: A lot.
disclaimer: i am not 100% sure about this. since i have never done it before

the red and black are the ones you need. you could either splice and connect your wires with the oem ones, or you could buy this kawasaki oem adapter for $4.99
http://www.moto911.com/product_info....3fa9386d4c583d

also, you could cut off your turn signal side connector and attach it to your new turn signal.

i don't know what the 3rd wire does, but you said it is the daytime running light? well, if you do attach the 3rd wire into the hot horn wire, then you can use one of these quick splice connectors.
http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...ductId=2998436 they don't require removing the original wire. just tap in somewhere along the length.

i am not sure how much draw those lights have. i wonder if it would cut down the power available to your horn if you did use the running lights? you could also just attach it directly to your battery, huh?

just cover all your work with some electrical tape or something.

i have wired up stuff in my car, but i am new to motorcycling. just trying to throw out some ideas.

yes! just like sound wave said. I have flushmounts that have the exact same wiring. had to cut the connector off the stockers and spliced it onto the two wires of the flush mounts. as you know, there is a 3rd wire that you don't need, so I jsut lopped it off. I know you are probably already done with the install, so did it work for you? How does it look? pics please?
