Sorry, I won't add a shoutbox to the site. I dislike how it takes conversation from the most active members to a format where it isn't saved or able to be viewed by the rest of the site at large.

I'm up for that. My preference would be nominations/votes rather than a rote addition of the Helpful posts. I changed the top posters link to show post totals from the last year (now it totals up last day, last month, last year, all time; prior it was last day, last week, last month, all time).
