fork tube size for clip on

I am inquiring for my co-worker because he wants these clip-ons, they are made by vortex. My main questions is what size is our fork tubes since these are universal and when u place the order you have to choose a size. my other question, are these suitable for our bikes? Has anyone used these before on a N250? thanks in advance. the link of the clip-ons are below.

37mm on '08-'09 Ninja 250. Those look like they will hit the gas tank or probably the meter cowl. That is if we are talking about a street going Ninja. Could be a problem.
