Here is a treat for your chefs out there;
My blackening powder that I put on chicken, fish, shrimp and so on. I never put it on a quality cut steak though....
2 tablespoons salt
1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
.5 teaspoon paprika
Well mix in all spices in a zip lock sandwich bag by shaking it up.
It sounds hot as hell but if you put it in a shaker you can control the spicy level by how much you shake on your entree.
