Exclamation Bikes making weird noises.Why?

My bike makes this beep sound! Idk what is wrong with it! It's towards the front. The sound seems like a little kitten talking to you! Sometimes it happens a lot but sometimes it doesn't.

Define towards front please,

front as in front wheel, front as in front of engine, front as in, i really don't know where it is coming from but it is not the rear wheel.
