[visordown.com] - Please buy a GSXR
SUZUKI'S Gixer Thou might be looking slightly overdue for a refresh, in the face of the new Yamaha R1 and Kawasaki Ninja H2 - but at £10,599 you can't argue with the value. And it just got better. All new GSX-Rs already come with a Yoshimura exhaust for 2015 and now Suzuki is throwing more cut price accessories at the sports bikes. The GSX-R1000 is offered with a pillion seat cowl, frame protector, top yoke protector and fuel cap trip trim for an extra £159 including fitting, a saving of £60. The GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 are available with similar accessory packs in carbon for £199 plus fitting, a saving of £65. A release from Suzuki said: 'The new accessory packs are available in dealers and can be fitted retrospectively or at point of sale.' Visordown recently reported on rumours of a new GSX-R1000 for 2016, with one major dealer said to be already making plans to rearrange his showroom.
