I've done a search and found a link on how to do a fork oil change on this forum but the guy was using 5w oil and it didn't look like an oil change for a pregen. My manual says 10w-20w any suggestions on which to use? Any experience with the different weights? I'm not tracking the bike and I'm 190lbs if that makes a difference.

I used Mobil 1 synthetic ATF filled to 158mm from the top. Feels fine. I'm also 190 lbs.

I suggest you use a constant viscosity oil like either 10w or 15w fork oil or something in between.

Thanks. I ended up using Bel-Ray 10w. Seems okay. Thinking I should have gone 15.

Might want to look at springs. Sonic springs sells them for about a hundred. I think that is the cheapest online.
