i'm lookin to sharpen the look of the pregen
maybe add a thicker fender to make it look tough.
anyone know the proper steps in doing so??

Google is your best friend.

Its a lot of work if you just want to flare out the look of the bike, and chances are, if you don't finish it, it will look really bad.

I would make new fairings. Mind you, making new ones might take more material and time but you will have your regular fairings on the bike while these are a work in progress, if you change your mind, you can always keep the old ones.

If you go with my suggestion, make a mold of your old fairings, also with fiberglass (and wax paper, etc.), you will need to look up this step as well, plenty of info on the internet. Then when you have your molds, modify them by adding your own parts to it. People use household objects, bondo and maybe something out of wood to make different shapes for the fiberglass to settle into. Then when you are done making your custom molds, you can use them to put fiberglass to make as many fairings as you please.
