riding home from work one day, my coolant tank suddenly hit my leg. once i got home, i checked it out. the screws were gone and this happened to the tube:

i was wondering if someone could tell me where i reconnect the tube? i'm fine with buying a new one, i just have no idea where it connects to. all help appreciated

I thought my shifter was bad. You're lucky that hose didn't get caught in anything.

alex.s: yes, luckily. i tucked it into my leg as i was riding so it wouldn't fall out
agentbad: haha, yeah i got really unlucky. the hose wasn't completely out until i looked at it, thankfully. i actually found those too, but i had a little trouble understanding the diagram. it looks like the tube that's disconnected is 'A' but i can't really understand where it connects to. thanks for the help btw

"A" connects the right side part# "14075" of the radiator "A" according to the diagram.

one side connects to the radiator overflow cap, the other side connects to the drain line that leads to the bottom of the bike
