I'm missing the bottom part of what is circled in red, does anyone know the name?. It's intact in my left carb but the right carb just has a hole in it instead. The bike has run twice before but overnight it won't start again. Looks like part number 16017 is missing from that carb. It's the seat the needle rides in, and the bike won't run well without it.

I really appreciate the help! $24 seems a bit steep for such a tiny piece of metal. I guess I'll have to buy a used carb since that's not the only thing wrong with it lol.

It looks like that part, which I think is the needle jet, is held in place by the main jet holder which threads upward into the carb body. Worth looking in there.
