i managed to break it loose i guess i just had to...

i managed to break it loose i guess i just had to get pissed lol. thanks anyways. do you know how much torque it calls for when i put it back on?

well ive read through the threads on removing the nut on the front sprocket and i guess mine is on super tight , im using a torque wrench and pulling well over 200lbs on it, it is bending my handle...

i managed to do it after alittle online video...

i managed to do it after alittle online video showed me how, not difficult at all but if ive never seen it done then it would be over my head, im a look and learn guy, and its an 08 model

my master link snapped going about 80 and im trying to put a new one on, any hints on how to get the locking washers to snap into place, or can i assemble the chain then put it on sprockets

its about an inch below the sight glass for oil...

its about an inch below the sight glass for oil level and toward the inside of the frame , from the pic u posted that would be the nut side on my bike

my bad it looks to be holding the exhast muffler...

my bad it looks to be holding the exhast muffler on, but the bolt runs diretly behind the oil sight glass and is about 5 inches long

well i removed rear tire and checked bearings, they are fine, i cleaned and lubed and adjusted the chain to proper tension, i gave it a good look over and found a nut off on one of the bolts that...

thanks for all the info ill give it all a try, i had to replace the chain and sprokets at around 17000 miles i ride in alot of rain and was ignorant with the upkeep on the chain so it was pretty...
