Another coach's perspective...
This is a good example of a little patience going a long way.
I count 5 bikes ahead of him before the corner. There was no way the rider was getting around them all, so you "expect" everyone to just fall/merge in line nicely. That always doesn't happen, so for a track day, it's a bit aggressive for passing and should be frowned upon. If you catch someone, it's because your faster. Wait for a cleaner pass, track days aren't race days.

Pretty simple stuff, just use your head. Rotten luck though...
