Cool Video! I prescribe some butt cam. Something you are doing is causing the bike to be unstable in chicanes and on corner entry/exit. By the looks of the video, it's when you slide across the seat. Using the bars as leverage maybe? Check out the knee to knee drill. I bet you a 10 spot it will smooth that out.
