Nj is a "no fault" state. So my insurance takes care of me and his takes care of him. So the lawyer is going to be fighting to get me what progressive and my health plane don't cover. Just have to wait till the doc releases me befor they can move foward with the case. This just delays it more.
I am kinda happy I don't have to live with the hardware in my hand.
And I got my 300. Just have to try to keep looking at the bright side of things.
