I wear mine under my jacket, it seems to have an average level of venting that does an OK job, nothing to rave about. I have never worn it on the outside of my jacket like some others have.

From the looks of things, the Stryker is the new model of the Field Armor, I don't see much difference aside of some venting in the main chestplate and spine pieces.
