You have replacement seats but lack correct Keihin float valves?
I'd be hesitant to substitute Mikuni float valves, who knows, they may work. Thats something I've never tried, frankly.
But I would urge you to source correct rather than experiment (gamble?)
I'm sure the screws were left loose because access is a BITCH. you'll encounter this upon installation.
