Easy Italian Beef

A 1 gallon ziplock bag
1 small bottle of Wishbone Italian dressing
3lbs of your favorite cut of steak, I used NY strip
3 tablespoons of garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix dressing and steak in bag, shake well and put in cooler before you leave for the track

Grill at the track and serve with cooked broccoli (steam in foil on grill) and grilled pineapple.
